Minimum stay

July and August minimum stay minimum 1 week (Saturday is changeday) .Other months flexible arrival and departure days (minimum stay 3 nights).

Booking addtional days
   Possible outside juli/august and scheduled holidays.

Bed linen/towels
   The beds will be made for you on arrival. You do not need to bring hand-kitchen-and (bath)towels.
   Bed dimensions:
   2 pieces 90 cm x 200 cm and 1 piece 160 cm x 200 cm

Final cleaning
   Mandatory € 125 incl. VAT

Reservation rate
   € 30 incl. VAT
   All bookings are confirmed in written.

Pets
   Contact us if you want to bring a dog. No other Pets allowed. You may be charged a fee.

Smoking
   Smoking in the apartment, on the balcony, parking lot nor in the entire building is not allowed.
Fire alarm
   No smoke and open fire, no candles burning,
   Use kitchen extractor hood, all this to prevent a fire alarm (= € 395).

The sandwich and toaster therefore always to be used under the hood.
